Returns or exchanges for products must be made within 7 days of purchase. Items we receive later than 7 days after purchase will be returned to the customer at the customer’s expense. Regular price items may receive a full refund or store credit. The credit does not expire and may be applied to your next purchase by e-mailing us your order, calling us at 650.325.2400, or visiting us in-store. Sale items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.
If you wish to return an item in-store, visit our Menlo Park location and present your item with the original receipt. If the item is in sellable condition, we will give you an immediate refund or store credit.
Returns sent through the mail should be well packaged and adhere to the instructions included in your package. They should be mailed to us at this address:

All returns and exchanges must be in new condition and with the original box, dust bag, tags, or other packaging intact. We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that have been worn, damaged, and/or have tags or other packaging removed. In your return package, you must include the original receipt that arrived with your order. If you would like to exchange for another item, please make a note of what you’d like to exchange for.
Please allow 7-14 business days from the date of receipt for the processing of a return or exchange.
